How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your product(s).
  3. Ship Your Product(s): Package your product(s) securely, include the RMA number, and send them to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
